What's the difference between the hibachi packages?

Silver includes 2 protein choices. Gold includes 2 protein choices plus an appetizer. Diamond includes 3 protein choices, an appetizer, and noodles. The Kids Package includes 2 protein choices for guests ages 12 and under.

What protein choices are available?

Protein choices vary by package and include chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, red snapper, lamb, scallop, filet mignon, and lobster. Vegetarian choices include veggies and tofu.

Can I add extra proteins or sides?
